Extensive Health & Dental Plan - Matrikon offers its employees a
competitive plan which includes extensive health coverage, dental, and

Short Term & Long Term Disability - In the case of a short, lengthy
or permanent disability, disability coverage is designed to provide you with a
monthly income.
Life Insurance - Basic life insurance is equal to your annual base
salary.
Dependent Life Insurance - Dependent Life Insurance provided for spouse
and children.
Accidental Death Insurance - In case of an accident Matrikon employees
are also covered for Accidental Death & Dismemberment in an amount equal to
their annual base salary.
Canadian Employees RRSP Plan - Matrikon's Group Registered Retirement
Savings Plan Program allows employees to make RRSP contributions directly from
their paycheques. The program is of no cost to you, and allows a tax saving
with every paycheque!
US Employees 401(K) Plan - Through a 401(k) Retirement Plan, you can
authorize your employer to forward contributions from your paycheque before
taxes are calculated. Similar to the RRSP Plan, your money is invested to your
personal and future benefit, in investment options that you choose from the
ones offered through your company's plan.
