Honeywell will assess the current cyber security policies, procedures and technologies in your facility and identify how they satisfy your overall security and business requirements. Based on the results of this assessment, we will provide you with a roadmap for attaining your security objectives, whether these are following your industry’s best practices, or compliance with a regulatory standard such as NERC CIP.

Based on the work performed during the assessment phase, Honeywell will design a network security program specifically for your plant or organization. Depending on your current needs, this program may include some or all of the following: functional design, workflow planning, technology requirements, training, policies and governance and procedural protocol. Once the program has been finalized, we will implement changes to your network architecture, install and configure security technologies, draft policy and procedure documents or develop training materials, as required.

Honeywell will ensure that you have the skills, knowledge and training to manage your network security investment, including change management, antivirus, patch management and backup and restoration programs. We can also assist with the day-to-day operation and management of your new security program, if required.

Ongoing maintenance of your network security program requires the ability to provide evidence to stakeholders and regulatory bodies that you are achieving the security goals you have set out.
