your stockyards – layouts and mass/quality distributions providing faster
decision making. Seamless integration with PLCs, data historians and
laboratory information management systems enables stockpiles to be
instantaneously updated according to the stacking and reclaiming methods
used. The customizable interface within M3D is scalable to meet the needs
of the operator with arbitrary modelling resolution and stockpile block
sizes down to 0.1m for a large 1km facility. The result is a precise 3D
visualization of the stockpile and its composition, the ingredients for
improved control and planning to ultimately deliver product on time and
according to contract specification.

Matrikon™ Mine To Port Reconcilliation (Reconciler)
Matrikon™ Mine To Port Reconciliation (Reconciler) is a materials
balancing and reconciliation solution for mining supply chains. Reconciler
can be used to balance supply chains end-to-end or can be used for plants
(copper, gold, platinum, etc) to reconcile the entire facility using the
simultaneous, multi-component reconciliation method. This method reconciles
the entire facility (inventories and streams) for mass, fractions and
components. Reconciler is mathematically rigorous, fast, handles measurements,
movements and inventories and reconciles arbitrary time periods. It handles
linear, non-linear equations and inequality constraints and provides
intelligent diagnostics to identify problems.
