The Matrikon Data Logger is the physical component of Mobile Equipment Monitor that makes real-time access to your heavy equipment possible. It’s built to IP65 standards and can withstand the harshest of environments. This compact hardware is capable of interfacing with electronic systems on both mobile and stationary equipment.
Reliable Data Collection and Transfer
Even in the event of an unexpected electrical or communications failure, the Data Logger makes sure your valuable information is not lost. The independent, internal power supply protects data and collection systems and assists with normal unit shutdown should this occur. As well, if your communication systems go down, the data logger won’t lose its value. The information is cached and the Data Logger’s multiple interfaces ensure connectivity.
In addition to collecting operations and alarm data, input from the GPS system provides position and velocity information to the Data Logger. It then sends data to a centralized server which allows fleet monitors and engineers to review, audit, or benchmark against the data.

Mine Base Station
Mine Base Station provides engineers with the tools needed for real-time operational analysis. Gain immediate insight into equipment performance and operator behavior. Identify, diagnose and prevent component failures with predictive analysis.
GPS integration provides positional and movement data that can be integrated with site maintenance and dispatch systems. Specific Base Station software is provided for haul trucks and shovels, and other equipment which can easily be incorporated into the system.

Data Concentrator
The Data Concentrator provides a local communication endpoint for all Data Loggers in a mine. The Data Concentrator is an efficient method of collecting and transporting data to a central monitoring and analysis location from mine sites that do not have Matrikon Mobile Equipment Monitor installed locally.
Enterprise Base Station
Providing similar trending and analysis tools to the Mine Base Station, Enterprise Base Station is optimized to roll up data from multiple mine sites and provides multiple site summaries and benchmarking. It retains the ability to drill down into the detail should an identified issue require analysis.
