Matrikon to be acquired by Honeywell
On May 13, Matrikon announced that it had entered
an agreement to be acquired by Honeywell.
While this acquisition is anticipated to close around the end of June
2010 and is subject to shareholder approvals, we want to assure you that this
announcement will not impact our existing relationship or ongoing business. In the
short-term, there are no plans to change our existing management or organization
structure, nor do we expect any changes to existing or pending contracts.
Matrikon will continue to operate intact for the foreseeable future as a vendor
neutral supplier. We remain committed to our long-term strategy.
