Matrikon has been acquired by Honeywell
On June 28, Matrikon announced that it has been
acquired by Honeywell International Inc. Matrikon is being integrated with the
Advanced Solutions business of
Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS).
MatrikonOPC is continuing to operate as a separate business entity within HPS.
Matrikon is now part of a global Fortune 100 company with 122,000 employees in over 120
countries. This is exciting news for our businesses, and especially our customers.
